In the early stages of the project, we carry out the necessary feasibility studies and we support the project owner in the identification of objectives and project constraints as well as in the definition of functional and technical needs.

Technical specifications and tendering process:

Following the definition of those needs we will write technical specifications that will be the reference document for the project. We also assist the client in the coordination of the project stakeholders as well as in the conduct of the tendering process up to the signature of the contracts..

Monitoring and reception of the work:

Throughout the implementation of the project we check that the works conform to the original specifications and the applicable standards and regulation. We conduct regular monitoring until final acceptance of the works.

Commissioning:

The mission may be extended to the definition of a training plan for staff, or more generally the users, and to the definition of the equipment and furniture needed for the proper functioning of the project. We can also offer a maintenance plan for structures and equipment.
